Arsenal and Manchester United will go head-to-head at the Emirates in the FA Cup 4th round.
The Gunners dispatched League 1 Blackpool 3-0 at Bloomfield Road on Saturday, while United saw off Championship relegation threatened Reading 2-0 at home.
The FA Cup may not be Unai Emery’s prime target this season. But the Gunners boss will be hoping that a successful Premier League and Europa League campaign can be topped off with an FA Cup win in May.
As for the Red Devils. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has enjoyed a perfect start to life as interim boss. It’s five wins on the bounce for United who are looking more and more of a threat to the Champions League positions.
Elsewhere, Newport have been rewarded for their exploits against Leicester City with a trip to Middlesbrough. Manchester City take on Burnley and Crystal Palace entertain Tottenham in another all-Premier League tie, while AFC Wimbledon, who have reached the fourth round for first time in the new club’s history, will take on West Ham.
Ties to be played 25-28 January.
