Arsenal are said to be in pole position to sign Crystal Palace ace Aaron Wan-Bissaka according to The Mirror.
The 21-year-old has had a stand out season for Palace attracting attention from the likes of Manchester City and Everton.
But it has reported that Arsenal are in pole position to sign the Londoner who’s value has been set at £40 million according to The Sun.
Wan-Bissaka has progressed through Crystal Palace’s academy and has managed to solidify his place in the starting 11 appearing 28 times for The Eagles this season.
His performances have led to him being touted for a future England call up.
The 21-year-old’s high price tag of £40 million doesn’t seem to have put off Arsenal who are said to have only £40 million available this summer.
To boost the budget available to him manager Unai Emery will have to look to offload players to free up more cash. It was reported that Palace are interested in out of favour striker Danny Welbeck. Could a potential deal be on the cards which involves Wan-Bissaka coming to Arsenal and Welbeck going the other way?
