Arsenal find themselves in a position like no other, a chance for silverware not just domestically, in Europe too, but do they have the minerals?
Mikel Arteta has built this colossal team that so many see to have the potential to bring truly great things back to the Emirates Stadium. Many of those have also seen the invictus invincibles lift that glory back in 2003/04.
They know what a title run-in looks like and knows it is not over until it is fully over. Still being 1st, be it with one game played more than Manchester City, the dream still lays one arm’s length away.
Now, the Arsenal fans find themselves in a difficult position of knowing that this should be the year that the shiny lion on the trophy glistens at the Emirates, but also feel that this feeling almost feels like deja vu from the past three seasons. With finishing second three times in a row still a haunting factor of Arteta’s journey, now is the time to for the Manager to rally his troops and attain what is needed.

The results are not something that defines teams, it is about how the champion’s overcome their weaknesses and finish strongly to win the war. Will it be anxiety or composure with four Premier League games to go, time will tell very soon.
However, it is not all over as mentioned just yet. The Gunner’s have just two away games left in the season, never leaving London and also facing teams that all sit in the bottom half of the table. Fulham, West Ham, Burnley and Crystal Palace victories is all that lays between themselves and the title, amid having an extra goal difference than the Northern side City.
Four victories are needed for Arteta and with the sides that they have to face left, the expectation is even greater. Can they get over the line?
Games that spring to mind in recent history for the reds are Southampton at home 2022/23, Brighton at home 2024/25 and this years Bournemouth loss. It is not about writing history and conforming to those mistakes, it is in fact about re-writing history and showing character in those big moments.
